What counts as an incident?
One incident that Obsmate investigates and reports on. When related alarms fire together, Obsmate groups them into one incident, and they count as one.
How does the free plan work?
New accounts get 5 free incidents and a $5 chat and voice budget for one month, using real alarms from your own AWS account. When the month ends or the budget runs out, choose a plan to keep going.
What happens when we use our monthly allowance?
Obsmate keeps investigating. Extra incidents, chat and voice are paid from your credits at pay-as-you-go rates.
Do you charge per user?
No. Everyone on your team can read reports and ask follow-up questions on every plan.
